Case summary
Hanadi was arrested on Friday after being interrogated by the Cybercrimes Bureau, about posts she wrote on her Facebook page criticizing Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and President Michel Aoun, but the main post leading to her arrest was an Egyptian song directed at Egyptian President Abdel Al-Fattah Al-Sisi, and the song's name is Ahd Al-Arsa, where she was charged with insulting the head of state, slander and defamation, but she denied in the investigation that what was meant was President Aoun. After that, she was transferred to Hobeish police station, and her case was sent to Public Prosecution of the Appeal in North.
