on January 9, the Lebanese Army Intelligence arrested the citizen Saeed Abdullah from his home in the Aitat area, against the background of his posts on social media. He was interrogated the next day at the Office of Combating Information Crimes, with a lawyer, under the new amendment to Article 47 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which many had fought to implement. After interrogating him at the Cyber ​​Crime Office and after removing the post from his page and signing a pledge, Appeal Public Prosecutor Judge Ghada Aoun decided to detain him for 24 hours based on a given indication before the start of the investigation.
